1) Shipping conditions

1. Delivery takes place throughout Europe.

2) Shipping costs (including VAT)

1. For download products and services (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier) no shipping costs are incurred.
2. Download products can be downloaded via a link communicated by e-mail.
3. The dispatch of this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place within 12 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

3) Delivery times

1. Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1-2 days, for foreign deliveries within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). Download products are made available within 1 day.
2. Note that on Sundays and public holidays no delivery is made.
3. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
